A splendid early C19th pine chest in it’s original painted finish, emblazoned front and back with the name of the original owner, Alfred Davies of Tanyfawnog, Llanfair Caereinion, Montgomeryshire.
Internal candle box with drawer below (rudimentary locking mechanism intact).
Completely original save for the hinges which have been replaced at some stage in the distant past.
