Early C19th Painted Poem on Oak Board

An extraordinary early C19th painted poem on  thick oak board.

The poem was written by Richard Gardner, known as ‘The Poet of the Teme’ and dedicated to his patron, Sir Thomas Winnington, Bart, MP, of Stanford, Worcestershire.

English, c1825.
