A large, early C20th military campaign trunk from the Scottish, Argyll and Sutherland Highlanders (Princess Louise’s) regiment.
Constructed in pine in its original dark blue-green paint with signwriting to the front, identifying the original keeper as Captain Henry Houston, ‘Militia Blankets’ on the lid.
